Prototype medical silicone molding is done in an ISO 7 Controlled Environment. Our ISO 13485 registered quality system assures you of our high quality standard.
Albright has a team of highly skilled engineers, tool designing and tool makers. Utilizing Solid Works, Mastercam and high speed machining allows us to have prototypes in your hands in a week or less.
When provided with a solid mold, we can provide Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) parts in as fast as one day. PDMS can be compression or injection molded and is commonly used for biomedical and medical applications. We can also bond Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) to various thermoplastics, metals and silicone rubbers.
Albright Technologies provides its customers rapid silicone prototyping using compression, transfer and liquid silicone injection molding. Applications for silicone gaskets, o-rings and micro gaskets include: medical (for both short and long term implants), aerospace, military, industrial and consumer products.
